* BLOWN IN R22 exterior walls, with poly vapor barrier
* AIR SEALED wall cavities with non continuous spray foam
* AIR SEALED attic area to include interior & exterior top plates, exhaust fans, can lights, junction boxes and chimney to sheetrock
* FOAMED box sills with a polyurethane spray foam
* foaming of windows, doors and all penetrations into an unconditioned space
* blown-in attic area
* FOAMED cardboard proper vents and soffit stops
